Create a digital product people can use.

A workbook, template or practical guide should help a specific person complete a specific task. Begin with that outcome, then design the smallest resource that makes it easier.

Validate before creating a large catalogue

Write down the customer, task and current alternative. Ask prospective users to describe the last time they faced the problem. Look for repeated needs and real constraints. A search result or enthusiastic comment alone is not proof that someone will buy.

Keep the material original and accessible

Create your own text and layouts, or retain licences for every third-party asset. Explain permitted use, file formats and software requirements. Make text readable, label form fields and test the exported file. Avoid including private customer material in examples.

Price the complete delivery process

State the transaction currency and what is included. Account for payment fees, support, refunds and any recurring tools. Verify tax and consumer requirements for the markets you intend to serve. Do not advertise unrestricted worldwide availability before checking it.

Test a purchase before inviting customers

Use a payment sandbox to test successful, cancelled and repeated payments. Confirm delivery only after the server verifies payment. Keep download links short-lived and account-protected, and make refund and support information easy to find. Track actual purchases separately from test transactions.
